The Great Resignation proves that employee well-being is no longer a "nice-to-have" but a necessity.
We created JustEase to address the increasing toxic working environment, harassing and discriminating behavior in companies, that lead to attrition. And to address it in a pragmatic, business-friendly way.
Our team, experienced in the management of complex businesses and organizations, and in behavioral psychology (see our resumes Below), has designed a solution adapted to both the constraints of business operations and the behavioral psychology of employees, based on the 5 following principles:
1) Empower employees at the grassroots level first, before any "top-down" intervention by Human Relations
2) Use anonymity to protect employees from fear of ridicule or retaliation; And build checks and balances in the system to shield against anonymity abuse
3) Enable HR with actionable tools to resolve individual toxicity cases, in addition to the usual general trainings
4) Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT) are more effective and respectful than moralism, blame or disciplinary threats, to help change individual toxic habits
5) Web and Mobile application help delivering personalised CBT.
Our business is and will be global, from the US to Europe to India, most of our technology being in India.
